This truly is my FAVOURITE sandwich out there, and having travelled to Vietnam many times, I seek this out whenever I can. Its a flavour BOMB & this veggie version has all the layers and delicious flavours of a true Bahn Mi. 

Marinated sticky tofu, pickled daikon, carrot & cucumber, fresh cilantro & sriracha mayo on a fresh baguette. Enjoy this delicious grab & go sandwich anytime!
