Can the meals go in the oven or microwave?

Yes! These meals can go directly into the oven or microwave. Just remove the label, pierce a few holes in the film lid and you’re good to go! Alternatively, you can heat these meals on the stove in a pan with a dash of water.

How long should I reheat the food for?

If using an oven, remove the label, pierce a few holes in the film and place directly in the oven at 350F for approx 15 minutes, it may need a stir and some additional time if not heated through fully

If using a microwave, remove the label, pierce a few holes in the film lid and reheat for 2 - 4 minutes until piping hot

How long do the meals last?

We recommend enjoying the meals within 3 days of thawing and if kept frozen they will last happily for 3 months.

How many people does a meal feed?

All our meals are a generous single serving.

Nutrition & Diets

I’m gluten intolerant, can I eat your meals?

Yes, many of our meals are naturally gluten-free, however we are not celiac accredited & we do make other gluten products in the same kitchen so please be aware of the small risk of cross contamination.

Are there plant-based options?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on creating delicious meals that everyone can enjoy. We use a great range of plant proteins that feel and taste just like your favorite foods.

Where can I find the macros?

All macro information is on the product page online, its also published on each label when you receive your meals, and if you're tracking you can find this info on MyFitnessPal under Fierce Fuel.

Suppliers & Ingredients

Are your ingredients Organic or GMO-free?

We believe in sustainability and source our ingredients locally. While we’re not 100% certified organic, we do our best to use clean ingredients. We use only Organic and free-range chicken, local to North Vancouver. Our beef is Grade A pasture-raised and only Canadian.

Gift Vouchers

Do you have gift vouchers?

Absolutely! You can purchase these online. It’s a fantastic gift for family, new parents, loved ones and friends. Vouchers are delivered digitally by email to either the purchaser or recipient.

Delivery

What if I’m not home during delivery?

Meals are delivered within your scheduled delivery time and a text message is sent to alert you on arrival. You can always leave a cooler box with ice packs out for us.

How does delivery work and when can I expect my meals?

We deliver in Squamish, Whistler and Vancouver once weekly.

Orders received by midnight Saturday will be delivered in:
Vancouver on Sundays between 11am - 3pm

Orders received by midnight Sunday will be delivered in: Squamish on Monday between 5-8pm
Whistler on Tuesday between 7-9:30am

A text message is sent upon arrival to alert you of the delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Just select 'pick-up' at the checkout and we'll arrange a time thats convenient. Our kitchen is open daily so you can get your meals within 24 hours of ordering.

What are the delivery fees?

Squamish has a $5 delivery fee or free on orders over $300

Whistler has a $10 delivery fee or free on orders over $400

Vancouver has a $15 delivery fee or free on orders over $500

What is the cut off time for ordering?

Squamish + Whistler orders must be received by midnight Sunday

Vancouver orders must be received by midnight Saturday

What if I live in an apartment building or condominum?

Please leave detailed instructions in the description box when checking out. Our drivers will deliver directly to your unit or can also deliver to your concierge. Please inform us if your building has a specific concierge procedure. We want your deliveries to be as smooth as possible so please include a buzzer number and other details that can help our drivers.

Packaging

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

We have carefully tested and picked our packaging because we believe it has the least environmental impact with the current waste production facilities in BC. All our packaging is either 100% recyclable, made from recycled material. Or it is 100% compostable which is the best solution we have found.

Is there a loyalty or referral scheme?

There is! You can sign up to our loyalty scheme to earn points towards $ off and free meals. Earn points by placing orders, referring friends & sharing the love on your social media.

refunds & cancellations

Can I cancel my order & get a refund?

Cancellations can be processed for orders prior to the production of the items on order. Cancellation requests must be submitted asap by email to info@fiercefuel.ca. Subscription orders require a minimum commitment of two fulfilled orders.
Customers may cancel their subscription only after two orders have been successfully delivered.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@fiercefuel.ca. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
